SHIPPING POLICY

• Same day shipping : All order will be shipped out on the same day if made before 11am ( AEST ) on each day. ( MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY )

• NO SHIPPING on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

• All order made outside that time frame will be sent out the following business day.

       ( Please note delivery can take up to 3 days )

• We use Sendle shipping for all parcels, however, if delays occur, please contact Sendle with your tracking number, as once shipping confirmation is sent, it will be under the deliverers care.

• It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. Some shipments require a signature upon delivery for your protection.

• Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package. 

• Please contact the delivery company directly for any questions regarding shipping.

• Free domestic shipping single order over $50

• $7.05 flat rate shipping within Australia ( Parcels under 500g only )

Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns are eligible within 7 days after order placed if a product is damaged, faulty or broken. Must be notified by email within 7 days.

• Orders over 7 days old are non-returnable or refundable.

• RETURN SHIPPING FEES APPLY ON BUYERS, we are not liable for any damage done in the shipping process.

• Once your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items on the same method of payment you purchased the order with.

• All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PRICE COMPARISON OR CHANGE OF MIND.

• No exchanges will be accepted.
