SHIPPING POLICY

• Same day shipping : All order will be shipped out on the same day if made before 8am ( AEST ) on each day. ( MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY )

• NO SHIPPING on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

• All order made outside that time frame will be sent out the following business day.

       ( Please note delivery can take up to 7 days )

• We use Australia post to shipping for all parcels, however, if delays occur, please contact Australia post with your tracking number, as once shipping confirmation is sent, it will be under the deliverers care.

• It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information.

• Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package. 

• Please contact the delivery company directly for any questions regarding shipping.

• Handmade items turn around time please check on our website.
• All international shipping are express shipping and insurance, please make sure someone can sign for the parcel.
